Who we are
PrepProviders is run by its two founders through PrepProviders Ltd, company number 17506020, registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is Celtic House, 11-12 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PJ, United Kingdom. These terms apply to PrepProviders at prepproviders.com, and in them "we", "us" and "our" mean PrepProviders Ltd. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the site does
The site gives information about CFA® and FRM® exam prep providers, read from the providers' own pages, and, for the CFA exams, a quiz that matches you to a package. We are not a prep provider, we run no courses, and we are not connected to CFA Institute or to GARP. We sell nothing. When you buy a course you buy it from the provider, on the provider's site, under the provider's terms and at the provider's price.
Information, not advice
Everything on the site is general information to help you compare. It is not financial, legal, educational or professional advice, and it is not a promise that any course will suit you or help you pass. Which course to buy, if any, is your decision.
Accuracy
We take care. Every figure comes from a provider's own pages and shows the date we read it, and an estimate is marked as one. Prices, offers and what a package includes change, and a provider may change its page the day after we read it. Check the provider's page before you buy. We do not promise that the site is complete, current or free of errors. We correct the errors we are told about and show the date of the correction. How the figures are gathered is on the how we research page.
Providers' sites
Our links take you to sites we do not control. Their content, their terms and their privacy policies are theirs. We are not responsible for them, for what you buy, or for how a provider handles your order, your access or a refund. Some providers pay us a commission when you buy through our links. Which providers pay, and what that changes, is on the how we make money page. A provider may set a cookie on its own site so that a sale is credited to us.
Discounts
A discount shown on the site is one a provider has confirmed with us, on the date shown. The provider decides whether a code works, on what, and for how long. We cannot apply, extend or honour a code ourselves.
Using the site
You may use the site for your own purposes and quote short extracts with a link to the page they came from. Do not copy the site's text, data or design at scale, pass it off as your own, or interfere with how the site works. Automated access follows our robots.txt, which welcomes search engines and AI assistants and keeps them out of the two addresses that are personal to a visit.
Ownership
The text, design and data on this site belong to PrepProviders Ltd. Provider names, logos and product names belong to their owners and appear only to identify them. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute. CFA Institute does not endorse, promote or warrant the accuracy or quality of this site or of any prep provider. FRM®, GARP® and Global Association of Risk Professionals™ are trademarks owned by the Global Association of Risk Professionals, Inc., which does not endorse, promote, review or warrant this site or any prep provider.
Our liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from relying on anything on it, or from a course you buy through it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
We change these terms by changing this page and the date at the bottom of it. The version on the page is the one that applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection your own consumer law gives you.
